While the name of the ride includes "naked," it is really a bare as you dare. This was STL's first ride, and the media got the StLPD to say that nudity would result in arrests. That keep the puritans at home and not protesting. The police on the scene said only lewd behavior or complaints from the public would cause them to intervene. However, the damage was done by the media, most riders were certain of arrest if they dared to expose themselves.
